Shipping Costs & Options

Standard Shipping:
We use trusted carriers to ensure safe delivery.
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Additional Charges:
Ignite Auto Supply is not responsible for extra delivery-related fees such as building access restrictions, elevator scheduling, gated entry, or HOA surcharges.

Shipping Limitations:

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Additional fees may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

Delivery Process

Shipping Confirmation:
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Coordination:
For large or freight deliveries, a local delivery partner may contact you to schedule a convenient delivery date and time.

Order Inspection:
We recommend inspecting your item(s) upon delivery. If there is any damage or issue, please notify us immediately so we can assist you.

Delivery Methods

You may choose from the following delivery options at checkout, where available:

Curbside Delivery: Items are placed at the curb near your property.
Basic Drop-Off: Delivery to your doorstep, porch, or garage area.
Inside Entryway: Delivered just inside the front entrance of your home.
Backyard Drop-Off: Items are placed in an outdoor space as designated by the customer.
Room of Choice: Items are delivered to the specific room you select.
Full-Service Delivery: Includes room placement, light assembly, and packaging removal.

Storage Before Delivery
If you are not ready to receive your item immediately, we offer complimentary storage for up to 15 days. After 15 days, your order will be scheduled for the next available delivery date. If delivery is not completed, return and restocking fees may apply.

Please contact us in advance to arrange storage if needed.
